Jan 15th, 2020 | By

Polyamory Montreal, in a press release, said that in episode 24 of Zone Franche, a TV show on Télé-Québec, Canadian lawyer and television personality Anne-France Goldwater stated that polyamorous relationships are the equivalent of bigamy and polygamy, and therefore were criminal acts in terms of the law. Giorno del poliamore

Nov 22nd, 2019 | By

Polyamory Day

Nov 20th, 2019 | By

November 23rd is National Polyamory Day. On that day in 2011, BC’s Supreme Court ruled that Canada’s so called “anti-polygamy law” does not apply to unformalized polyamorous households – clarifying that polyamory, as it is typically practiced in Canada, is legal and not a criminal act.
